Can someone tell me about Kodak Brownie box cameras?

The Basic Kodak Brownie box cameras mostly used 620 film. Some used either 620 or the more commonly available 120 film. I'm not sure about this, but I think any 620 camera can accept 120 film, but it doesn't go the other way around. (Maybe this would be a good question unto itself.) No matter...
